Your Learning Outcomes

By the end of the Diploma in Al-Shari’ah Al-Islamiyyah, students will be able to:

  • Demonstrate a firm grasp of the foundations of Islamic legislation (Tarikh al-Tasyri’) and the methodology of jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh)
  • Apply the rulings of Shariah to daily life, particularly in the areas of worship (Ibadah), family law (Munakahat), and financial transactions (Muamalat)
