The Diploma in Islamic Administration is offered to produce graduates who are knowledgeable, skilled, and competitive in administrative fields grounded in Shariah principles. The curriculum emphasizes core Islamic disciplines such as Shariah, Aqidah, Fiqh, Usuluddin, and Qur’anic studies, alongside contemporary knowledge in administration, organizational management, and leadership.
The diploma covers six semesters across four pillars of Islamic theology and scholarship, with Qur’an memorisation woven throughout the entire programme.
Build a foundation in Aqidah, Akhlak, Qur’anic recitation, Islamic worldview, Fiqh, and the methodologies of Qur’anic and Hadith studies.
Explore public administration, organisational behaviour, management principles, human resource management, and the administration of Islamic affairs.
Develop an understanding of Islamic finance, financial accounting, Islamic property management, administrative law, and the application of Fiqh in contemporary contexts.
Strengthen your communication, public speaking, da’wah management, and community engagement skills while gaining practical exposure through industrial training.
The Diploma in Usuluddin is designed for learners who want to understand Islamic theology rigorously and serve their community with confidence.
If you have completed your O-Levels and want to pursue a structured Islamic education pathway before or alongside further studies, this diploma provides a strong academic and spiritual foundation.
Balancing work, family, or National Service commitments? Weekend and evening classes are designed so that dedicated adult learners can pursue the diploma without setting aside their responsibilities.
If you aspire to teach, lead discussions, or serve within mosques and Islamic organisations, this diploma delivers the theological foundation and practical communication skills you need to guide the community effectively.

No prior Hifz is required to enrol. The programme includes a progressive Hifz Al-Quran component across all six semesters, meaning memorisation is developed as part of the curriculum itself. Learners begin the Hifz journey together, guided by qualified instructors throughout the programme.
Full-time students complete the six-semester programme over three years, while part-time students spread the same curriculum over five years. Both tracks lead to the same UNIMEL-accredited diploma. The part-time option is designed around working adults, those serving National Service, or learners with family commitments.
